2. Scope of Service & Limitations

Provider Accountability: All technical components of your service—including hardware installation, monthly billing, technical support, and account cancellations—are the exclusive responsibility of your chosen third-party provider.

Information Accuracy: While we aim for precision, we cannot guarantee specific promotional pricing, network speeds, or regional availability, as these are determined solely by the providers and are subject to change without prior notice.

3. User Obligations

By utilizing the services of Hub Group INC, you agree to the following:

You will provide truthful and complete contact and service address details.
Upon activation, you are bound by the specific service agreements and terms of use of the third-party provider you selected.
Compare Cable N Internet is not liable for service downtime, network performance, or billing disputes occurring between you and the provider.

4. Privacy & Data Integrity

We only process data essential to fulfilling your requests. Your information is managed securely according to our Privacy Policy and is never sold to unauthorized entities.

5. Professional Compensation Disclosure

Free Consultation: We do not charge customers any fees for our comparison, consultation, or enrollment assistance services.

Commissions: Hub Group INC may receive a commission from providers when you activate a service through our authorized channels. This compensation does not increase your service price and supports the maintenance of our free comparison tools.

6. Disclaimer of Liability

All information provided is offered on an “as is” basis. We make no warranties regarding the quality or uptime of third-party networks or the permanent availability of specific discounts. Hub Group INC shall not be held liable for losses or damages resulting from your use of third-party telecom services.

7. Agreement Updates

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of this website constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
